GRAD PHOTOS

Grad photos have been booked for Monday March 8. Sitting fees for the photographer are included in the $100 grad fee. Grads will receive further information on registering later in the year.

School Fees and Grad Fees:

***Please know that until the all school fees, including grad fees are paid, your child will be unable to attend the Grad Banquet on Friday, May 25 and the Cap & Gown Ceremony, Tuesday, May 22.

(Grad fees include: Banquet ticket, Grad photo sitting fee, cap and gown rental, etc.)

**Should you only owe Grad fees- if these are not paid in full, you are responsible for the sitting fee for Grad photos taking place in March, 2018.

Your prompt attention to this matter can be rectified with the front office.  Please call or come in to take care of this with Mrs. Twitchell.

If you have any questions, you can call Mr. Kucy.

Grade 12 Graduation Expectations:

In order to participate in the graduation celebrations, the graduate MUST attend class.  Failure to attend classes will result in withdrawal from that course and potentially prohibit Graduation.   School Administration will post 3 grad lists throughout the year: December, February, April.  If you are NOT on the Grad List, it is your responsibility to speak to Mr. Kucy regarding your status.

**NOTE:  Parents CANNOT call to “blanket excuse” their child from classes; this is not our policy and will not be supported as it impedes student learning and student success.  This includes ALL students, even those 18 years and older.  Thank you for helping us nurture responsible citizens!
