To better serve you, Elk Island Catholic Schools has opened the Parent Portal of PowerSchool to all parents in the division from kindergarten to Grade 12, and you can find information on how to use it in the EICS Parent Technology Handbook.
Through the Parent Portal, PowerSchool offers parents online access to their child’s grades, attendance, student forms, and notices.
The most important reason to have access to the Parent Portal is that EICS is required to have you confirm or update all your personal information (i.e. contact numbers, address, etc.) on an annual basis, and parents can now do this through the Parent Portal.
The Parent Portal will also give you access to a variety of forms required for your child such as field trip forms.
This is an important connection between you, your child, and your school.
If you already have a PowerSchool account, you do not need to do anything except add any student(s) that did not have the access codes previously.
